What should I do if CarPlay occasionally lags and the touchscreen becomes unresponsive?

TBox series: CarPlay occasionally lags and the touch screen does not respond, then returns to normal after a short while

Solution to try: Uninstall ES File Explorer / ES File Explorer, or upgrade to the latest version of firmware

This problem only exists in older firmware versions, the problem is solved for firmware after 2023/1/7.
