Methods & Delivery Time

We offer FREE & FAST international shipping as standard shipping. Here below is a list of shipping times for major countries:

Note: They are estimated according to the delivery time of historical orders. 

For some models, we have stock available in our U.S. warehouse, allowing for much faster delivery to U.S. customers. If your product qualifies, you can expect even quicker shipping times than those listed above. 

Processing Time

  • Before shipping, please allow us 1-3 working days for processing your order. (Public Holidays/Weekends excluded)
  • Processing time may be delayed if your shipping address is questionable and your order is flagged as a risk (we use this additional time to help ensure the security of your credit information). We may require proof of identification for the billing information received.

      About Tax

      Our products come with free shipping, and in most cases, no additional taxes will apply. In rare instances, your local customs office may charge duties or taxes, which are outside of our control. Should this occur, you would be responsible for covering those charges. We’ve found that most customers don’t encounter these fees, but for specific details, we recommend checking with your local customs authorities.

      1. If your shipping address is in the United States, please note that we do not offer delivery for Colorado, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam.
      2. P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO and International delivery are not available now.

      Shipping Details

      • You will receive the first email notification of the shipping details once the parcel has been shipped.
      • The tracking number will be sent to your email 1-2 working days after receiving the first notification email.
      • If you haven't received your order after 45 days, we will arrange a re-shipment for you using express delivery.

        • Parcel Tracking Site: https://www.17track.net/en(It usually delays 1 - 3 days to sync the tracking information before uploading to the internet.)

          Friendly Reminder

          If you do not live in a secure location please be wise about the shipping method you chose as standard mail couriers will not require a signature and packages will be left and any "secure" location deems fit to the mail carrier.
          - We are not responsible for the customer's incorrect address. Please note that the address could not be modified if the item has already shipped.
          - A restocking fee will be charged if you do not claim your item and it is returned. The charge will be 10% of the total charge per item.
