  • Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from carlinkitcarplay.com.
  • If your car models is in our list of compatible models and the product cannot work with your car, we will guarantee a 100% refund of the product fees, after we receive the returned item without being damaged or tarnished.
  • In case of no fault of the seller, if you need to return or exchange, you will be responsible for the Shipping fee and 19% of the order price, which is not less than $15.
  • Expedited Express Shipping is additional service, and we won't refund the fees.

      • We will respond quickly(please allow 1 to 3 business days for processing) with instructions for how to return items from your order

      4. No returns or exchanges after 20 days of receiving the product

          • If you want to cancel your order for some reason, you have to CONTACT US within 5hours, providing the order number and stating the cancel reason.
