Returns & Exchanges

If you have any questions, please feel free to Contact Us. For every purchase, we offer full-service support for the customers, because we aim to make customers completely satisfied with the purchase. (Please note that this policy only applies to items purchased from carlinkitcarplay.com.)

Returns Policy:

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, just contact us at the email addresses above to apply the return or exchange service, but please keep the following in mind during the return process:

  • Returns must be applied for within 60 days of your order.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition.
  • Products with scratches or other damage will not be returned.
  • If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer will bear the freight. The specific cost should depend on the Courier company consumer choose.
  • If the return is due to our mistakes (such as damaged or incorrect goods received by the consumer), the consumer does not have to bear the shipping cost. (The return shipping cost will be refunded based on a valid return receipt)
  • The return address will be provided by Email after submitting the application

      Refunds:

      • If the product can not work with your car which is in our list of compatible models, we will guarantee a 100% refund of the item after we receive the returned item without being damaged or tarnished.
      • If for any reason the customer decides that the item is no longer needed (not the seller's fault). Your refund will be reduced by a restocking charge equal to 15% of the total purchase cost.
      • We'll notify you via e-mail or message of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
      • You will receive a refund within 7 to 14 business days after we receive your return with the same payment method that was originally used for the purchase. It may take some time for the bank to process the refund. If you haven’t received a refund for a while, first check your bank account again, contact the credit card company or the bank for further check.
      • More than 60 days after the purchased day is not eligible for a refund under the terms of our program.

      Exchange:

      1. According to the 6-Month Warranty policy, if there is any quality problem, we will exchange the item for you. If the item exchange cannot resolve the problem, we will propose a return to arrange a refund.
      2. If 6 months have passed by since your purchase date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

          Cancel Order:

          • Generally speaking, your order will be shipped within 24 hours.
          • We have multiple warehouses around the world. It will be able to cancel the order within 5 hours after placing the order, but the premise is that the package has not been shipped.
          • If you want to cancel your order for some reason, you have to CONTACT US within 5hours, providing the order number and stating the cancel reason. Our customer service team will try their best to forward your instruction to the warehouse so that they can hold the fulfillment process and be able to refund you before the parcel was shipped. Please noted that once the package is fulfilled and sent out from the warehouse, we can't cancel your order.
