Box is very good but small little error in software wifi is every time manually connect when power off the car this is major error every time connect wifi

Working perfectly

Androidauto is working perfectly.
Other hand on the OEM softver, some of the streaming application are not supporting the device, you have to tricks with apk-s from other sources. Honestly its nice to have for me.

Tbox lite

The product out the box didn’t work with my cars controls very well. I couldn’t select certain buttons or type text into forms. But with a small inexpensive wireless keyboard with touch pad mouse that I now keep in the glovebox I have a serious upgrade to my car stereo system. For day to day driving my phone car play connection is now wireless (maps and music). Sometimes I have to unplug/plug back in to restart if it doesn’t connect to my phone (hangs on a waiting… screen) but this restart typically takes less than a minute, worth the inconvenience to have waze and google maps on screen. The bonus “cool feature” is being able to use my phone as a hotspot and if I’m parked waiting for the kids somewhere I have YouTube and Netflix playing through the car system. With my car at least (2018 Mercedes) Bluetooth phone connection and wired connection has an intentional audio delay so it’s out of sync with any video playing on the phones screen. However with the tbox this doesn’t happen and my cars monitor video is in sync with the audio. It might be a bit techie for some but having an android computer in my car as an entertainment hub with wireless connection to my phone works for me. I’m very happy with this purchase and recommend carlinkit products to anyone who’s wondered “why can’t my dashboard be used like a computer monitor?”
