How can I resolve the issue of the T2C SIM card being unable to connect to the internet?

On November 26, 2022, Carlinkit T2C released a version update (22112520.1508.1) that includes new APN settings.

For SIM card users experiencing network connection issues, please follow these steps:

  1. Connect your mobile phone to the T2C device's WiFi hotspot signal.
  2. Open a browser on your phone and enter "192.168.3.1" to access the T2C settings page.
  3. Check for available updates and proceed with the update if prompted.
  4. After the update is complete, revisit "192.168.3.1" in your browser.
  5. Enter the APN settings provided by your SIM card operator into the designated fields.

By updating the T2C device and configuring the correct APN settings, you should be able to resolve the network connectivity issue.
