Regarding Activation Issues.

Issue 1: T-BOX Serias:Getting an error that the product is not activated.

If you are using the product, the screen prompts:Please connect the Internet Sync time,then active.


Your box has not been activated yet. Please send the QR code to us according to the following method, and we will  help you to activate the box.
 
1. Connect the box to the Internet (insert SIM card or connect to a hotspot)
2. Go to Settings-More Settings-System-Multi-User-Switch back to the host.
3. Open the AutoKit software and click Settings-About. 
An activation button will appear. Click the activation button and a QR code will appear. Take a photo send to our email so we can help you activate your product.

 Issue 2: TBox series, prompt "Apple CarPlay cannot be activated/started"

TBox series products, in some cars, a situation occurs this situation.

When TBox is connected to the Automotive Head Unit, the car screen says "Apple CarPlay cannot be activated/started".

Cause of the problem: The vehicle default settings lead to.

Here are the solutions.

1. Engine stalled.
2. Lock the car for 10 minutes.
3. Ten minutes later, in the case of P gear, the TBox into the USB/type-C port.
