How to confirm whether your TF card can be recognized by Tbox.

When inserting a  memory card it shows an error message “TF card is not confirmed” on the screen.

First of all, please follow the video to test whether your TF card is inserted correctly.

If the TF card has been inserted correctly, please open the ES File Explorer to see if the TF card can be recognized. (Refer to the video attached to the email) 
Customers who purchased Tbox AR, please open the Loadkey camera software. 
If your TF card is still not recognized, please try another TF card to see if it is a problem with the TF card.
