The device is no longer able to locate any satellites.
Solution:
● Go to box Settings - Factory Settings, enter 4545, click "Other," and open the original GPS button.
● Settings - More - Location Information - App-level Location Permission - Choose "Your Navigation App" - Select "Always Allow" and "Use Precise Location."
● Settings - More - Location Information - Location Services, enable all the options inside.
● Check if there is a metal film on your car's windshield. (Applying a metal film can interfere with satellite positioning.)
● Check if the device is placed inside the car storage compartment. If so, please take it out and make sure the box is not obstructed.
● Please try using a longer data cable.
