If your T-box is running on Android 11 or Android 12 above, you can directly access the settings page to send logs after successfully connecting the box to the car's infotainment system.
Please remember the time when you reproduce the issue and send the time along with the case ID to our customer service.(support@carlinkitcarplay.com)

If the above method is not applicable or if you have a T-box running on Android version 11 or below, you can follow the steps below to send logs offline:
Steps 1. Format the TF card or USB flask disk as"FAT32".
Steps 2. After connecting the T-box to your car, operate your car again to make
the problem you encountered before reappearing.
Steps 3. Insert the TF card into the T-box, and then the bottom of the screen
will display the log copy completed.

Steps 4. Take out the TF card, compress the X7 log file , and email it to support@carlinkitcarplay.com Once we get the email, we will reply to you within 24 hours and forward the file to our engineer for further checking.

If you have tried the above two methods and still can't get the log, please copy the log file to SD card manually as below.
1. Click "Setting".
2. Choose "Other Settings"
