What to do if CCPA connects via Bluetooth but CarPlay doesn't appear?

What should I do if the head unit connects to the CCPA's Bluetooth but neither enters CarPlay nor appears in the phone's Bluetooth settings?

In this case, it may be that the phone cannot detect the box's Bluetooth.

Here is the solution:

1. Open your phone's WiFi list and locate the network named "AutoKit" or "Auto****". Remember these names.

2. Tap on the gear icon in the top left corner of the AutoKit app.

3. Select "Advanced Settings".

4. Rapidly tap on the text "Advanced Settings" at the top of the interface ten times to unlock the Bluetooth/WiFi modification options.

5. Enter the WiFi name of the box that your phone detected earlier into the Bluetooth/WiFi fields, then save the changes.
