Carlinkit 5.0 (2air) Android Auto can't connect wirelessly.

When I use Carlinkit 5.0,the adapter is not connecting to my Android phone.

Please check if your car has wired Android Auto first. If yes, please refer to the following steps T
o troubleshoot the issue of not being able to connect Carlinkit 5.0 (2air) Android Auto wirelessly.

Step1) You need flash this firmware.

Step2) After updating the firmware,reset the box.

How to reset:

1.Connect to the box WIFI, the WiFi starts with VOL, Auto or changes according to the car model, the password is: 12345678.
2. Open the browser on your mobile phone and enter the address: 192.168.50.2, enter the background page, select the settings page of the web page, and click "Reset/Restore Factory Settings".


Step3) Then the phone ignores the Bluetooth of the box and reconnects to the box.


Other ways to troubleshoot problems:

1. Clear the cache of Google Services:

- Open Settings on your phone.


- Go to Apps & notifications.


- Select Google Play services.


- Tap on Storage & Cache.


- Choose Clear Storage.

2. Clear the cache of Android Auto:

- Open Phone Settings on your device.


- Navigate to Apps & Notifications.


- Select Android Auto.


- Tap on Storage & Cache.


- Choose Clear Storage.


After clearing, connect the wired connection first, wait 3 minutes, disconnect the wired connection, and then connect to the wireless connection.

3. Restore the box to factory settings:

- Connect your phone to the box's WiFi network (password: 12345678).
- Once connected, open your phone's browser.
- Enter "192.168.50.2" in the address bar.
- Go to Settings and select "Restore factory settings." Confirm the action.

4. Upgrade Android Auto and Google Maps on your phone by visiting the Google Play Store.

5. Restart your phone and ignore all Bluetooth connections.

6. Initially, use a data cable to connect your phone and the box for a wired Android Auto connection. Once connected successfully, disconnect the data cable and attempt to reconnect using wireless Android Auto.

7. If the above steps don't resolve the issue, check your car stereo's resolution. If the resolution is 1920x720, you may need to modify the video output resolution in your phone's Android Auto settings.
- Open your phone's settings.
- Go to Connected devices or Connection preferences.
- Find Android Auto and tap on it.
- Tap the version number eight times consecutively.
- Tap the three-dot symbol in the top-right corner.
- Select Developer settings and choose Video resolution.
