Hola tengo un Peugeot 208 año 2017 y no funciona el Carlinkit con Apple CarPlay, tengo un iPhone 13 Pro Max. Al conectar el Carlinkit a la radio solo aparece el icono de Mirrorlink y AndroideAuto. El iPhone se conecta al dispositivo y luego arroja error.

Hi Ralph,
Please try changing a data cable to see if the light will turn on. If the light still does not turn on, please power the adapter and turn on WiFi on your phone to see if the adapter’s WiFi can be searched.
If the light does not turn on after replacing the data cable and the phone cannot search for WiFi, then the adapter may be broken.

Hi! I have a RAV4 2019 with a Sony screen. When I connect the CPC200-U2W my iPhone 13 Pro Max it’s not appearing. It just says “searching for devices” both my WiFi and Bluetooth are on and I have try been connected and disconnected from car Bluetooth. What do I do? Or I just wasted my money?

I have a Carlinkit CPC200 – CP2A that I have been using in a 2018 VW Sportwagen. It has worked very well until the other day when I unplugged the Carlinkit from the USB port and when I plugged it back in nothing works and the lights on the unit do not come on. When I plug in my Iphone 12 IOS 16.6.1 directly to the car through the same USB port Carplay works perfectly. I have tried plugging the Carlink into another USB port and no lights on the Carlink unit. Any suggestions.

1. You need to upgrade your product to the latest。

2. After connecting to CP2A’s WiFi, use your mobile browser to enter 192.168.50.2. try to change the resolution(Please try switching all the resolution options to see if there is a suitable one.), and then observe whether it is still pixelated.
3. Modify Android Auto video resolution (Developer)
1>Open the Android Auto app.

2>Scroll to the bottom and tap on the Version section to display the Version and permission info.

3>Tap on this section multiple times continuously.

4>You’ll be asked if you want to allow development settings. Hit OK.

5>Tap on the three-dot menu icon in the top-right corner.

6>Open Developer settings.

7>Go to Video resolution.

Can’t automatically connect to Carplay / Android Auto

There are many factors that affect the automatic connection of Carlinkit 2.0/3.0/4.0, please make sure.

1, keep the phone WiFi and Bluetooth on state, Bluetooth is not occupied by other devices / connected
2, 192.168.50.2, upgrade the firmware to the latest version
3, 192.168.50.2, the automatic connection option is on

If the above conditions are met, please try

1, 192.168.50.2, Start Delay, set to 1 or 3
2, 192.168.50.2, Reset Product
3, Cell phone, clear CarPlay connection record, Clear Bluetooth connection record, Restart your phone
4, individual models, such as Cadillac, need to remove the phone connection record in Automotive Head Unit

If your phone is Android, then you can’t use our U2W Plus (Carlinkit 2.0 or Carlinkit 3.0)
But you can choose our Carlinkit 4.0 or T-box series, provided that your car has the factory-wired Carplay.

I have a 2015 Subaru Outback. In 2021 I had an Alpine I-XF309 head unit installed. It has Apple CarPlay built in. I use an iPhone 14 running the current iOS. I bought the CarLInkit 3.0 through Amazon. I’m getting inconsistent results. Sometimes it connects via bluetooth, sometimes it doesn’t. I can see both the WiFi and bluetooth connections in my system preferences. I think I remember reading that the connection is automatic, but this is not my experience. Do I have the right model?

Bonjour, J’ai tenté d’installer le produit sur ma voiture (Hyundai Kona 2019) et Android Auto ne démarre pas tel que prévu. Mon téléphone (S22) a Android auto, tout comme ma voiture. Le fil utilisé fonctionne si le téléphone est connecté dessus. J’ai testé avec le mode de compatibilité (sync on and off) et ça ne change rien.
j’ai connecté sur la boite et j’ai installé la dernière version du firmware , je dois faire quoi?

Hola, Tengo instalado un Carlinkit CPC200 TBox Plus, el “problema” que tengo es que no me guarda la configuración programada, es decir, cada vez que conecto el aparato la hora no la mantiene, la wifi la tengo que activar nuevamente cada vez que conecto, no sé si tiene alguna pila interna que tenga que reemplazar para que guarde la configuración.

Hi,
I have the Carlinkit 4.0 and, while it works fine with iPhones, there is a serious issue when wirelessly connecting wireless Android phones. As Carlinkit starts Android Auto, the screen comes out pixelated.
It seems like it happens every time I switch from an iPhone to an Android and viceversa. Whenever it is pixelated, the only way to fix it is to unplug the Carlinkit dongle and start over again.

Please advise on how to fix this.

I have successfully used the ver 2 dongle in my 2021 Honda CR-V and iPhone 12 Pro Max. But recently it has started dropping the connection. This happens 2-3 times an hour, and the connection fails to connect on car start about 1 our of every 4 times. Is this carlink broken?

I have the latest version of the CarlinKit 3.0 Wireless CarPlay Adapter. When CarPlay starts, it starts with a blank/black screen. This does not happen all the time, but often. When it does work, there is a delay in the controls. I have checked for updates of the adapter, and I am running the latest iPhone with the latest OS. Frustrating.

In wireless caplay BMW i can change wifi chanel to 9+ to avoid drops during city driving

Hi, I recently purchased this for my DS5 2016. When I plug it in to the USB I am not getting any screen pop up. Then it says please connect an apple CarPlay compatible device to the USB port.
