CarlinKit products, if used normally, are not recommended for firmware updates.
There are 3 ways to get the upgrade firmware
1. Download directly through CarlinKit official website (for TBox series)
2. Obtained by email, firmware available for U disk upgrade (for historical version firmware)
3. Obtained through the submission log, directed push (for not yet publicly pushed / the latest firmware)

CarlinKit TBox series upgrade firmware can be found in the official CarlinKit website.

For other CarlinKit series products, such as, U2W/U2W mini/U2W plus/CP2A/CCPM/CCPW/CCPA/Autokit pro/CarlinKit 3.0/CarlinKit 4.0, you need to send an email request.
2. Obtained by email, firmware available for U disk upgrade (for historical version firmware)
Please send the product model, firmware version, car model, phone model, and product usage questions to support@carlinkitcarplay.com
The information should be filled in correctly, and the new firmware, will be sent by email.
3. Obtained through the submission log, directed push (for not yet publicly pushed / the latest firmware)
This method works with U2W/U2W mini/U2W plus/A2A/CarlinKit 3.0/CarlinKit 4.0 to get the latest, not-yet-public firmware (beta version)
