Se il dispositivo non può essere collegato o riconosciuto, è possibile utilizzare l'unità flash USB per aggiornare il firmware. Naturalmente, per evitare malfunzionamenti, sarà meglio farlo tu aggiornare il firmware del dongle online . In caso contrario, è probabile che l'attrezzatura diventi inutilizzabile. Questo metodo di aggiornamento è diverso dal passato, devi prestare il 100% di attenzione nel seguire i nostri passaggi di aggiornamento, altrimenti il dongle sarà morto .
(Nota molto importante: non tentare di collegare l'adattatore alle porte USB del computer o del laptop. Queste porte sono progettate per trasferire dati e interromperebbero semplicemente il processo di aggiornamento e romperebbero il dispositivo.)

Passaggi su come aggiornare il firmware tramite unità flash USB:
2. Il firmware in formato img nell'unità flash USB (il nome del firmware non può essere modificato, mantieni il nome nel pacchetto zip) (Se hai acquistato il dispositivo da carlinkitcarplay.com , puoi ottenere il file inviandoci un'e-mail)
3. Collegare il dongle Carlinkit (U2W/U2W Plus) a una presa di corrente/caricabatterie USB a muro. Attendi la luce rossa fissa. Per favore non utilizzare la porta USB dell'auto o del computer!!
4. Inserisci l'unità flash USB nel dongle Carlinkit e aggiorna con le luci rossa e verde lampeggianti, non spegnere, attendi fino a quando la luce rossa brillante o la luce blu si accendono, quindi attendi 4 minuti per scollegare. (Se l'unità flash USB soddisfa le dimensioni e il formato, ma il LED non lampeggia, sostituire l'unità flash USB)
5. Collegare il dongle alla porta USB dell'auto una volta che l'unità principale è completamente avviata.

Hallo, i bought carlinkit AiBox Tbox plus 4g+64gb from Amazon. Every time I insert the sim card it is rebooting all the time. If I try with Sim lock pin, it ask me to put the Sim Pin Code after entering the code it is rebooting again. I tried without sim and connected to my Phone's Hotspot. It works sometimes but also has the same problem.As soon as it is connected to the phone WiFi it crash and reboot. Sometimes it is connected with first try but sometimes it is rebooting all the the time. I had to turn of auto connection for the wifi and connect manually than works 5 out of 10 times. Please provide me the solution fot this problem.

Trying offline upgrade but red light will not come on when I plug device into home charger.

(edited)If you plugged the dongle into a home charger and tried with another cable. The dongle has no light on. And you can’t search the dongle’s WiFi or Bluetooth.
