    What should I do if the dongle light is off?

    If your dongle does not light up, you can try the following methods, if the light of the dongle still does not light up after you try, it means your dongle may be broken.

    1. please change the cable and then connect again. The cable should satisfy the following conditions.
    a. The cable can transmit data
    b. The cable should not exceed 80cm
    c. The cable has good quality

    2. Plug your dongle into a home charger and test if the light will come on.

    If the above methods are tested, but the light of the dongle is still not on, we guess it should be broken. You can contact your buyer for help. Or you can buy a new one.
