- Insert the product into the USB port to power up the box.
- Turn on the Wi-Fi on your phone and connect to the box's Wi-Fi network (Wi-Fi name: AutoKit xxx; Wi-Fi password: 12345678).
- Enter 192.168.50.2 in the built-in browser on your phone to access the box's backend; click on "feedback."
- Enter the issues you encountered while using the product, then click "Confirm."
- Once confirmed, simply copy the log code and send it to the customer service team to support@carlinkitcarplay.com.
