What if the Carlinkit 4.0 is not responding when I plug it into the car?

1. Please confirm whether the car is equipped with wired CarPlay first.

To confirm whether your car is equipped with wired CarPlay, you can follow these steps:

(1)Check the car's infotainment system: Look for the CarPlay icon on the infotainment display. It typically looks like a smartphone with the word "CarPlay" underneath.

(2) Check the car's user manual: Refer to the car's user manual to see if it mentions support for CarPlay and how to connect your iPhone using a USB cable.

(3) Contact the car manufacturer: You can contact the car manufacturer's customer support or visit their official website to find information about CarPlay compatibility for your specific car model and year.

(4) Consult a dealership or authorized service center: If you are still unsure, you can visit a dealership or an authorized service center for your car brand and ask them to check if your car supports wired CarPlay.

2. Confirm whether it is plugged into the right USB port or try to replace the box data cable.

3. Connect to the box's WiFi and access the backend to restore the box to factory settings.

4. Then set the  Start Delay to 1 or 5.

5. Ignores the original car Bluetooth on your Phone. If it is still not recognized, click on the basic settings in the background
