Às vezes, o dongle fica instável após um período de tempo, como: atraso de áudio e vídeo; a conexão cai frequentemente ou a tela do carro não é exibida...
Para este tipo de problema, as seguintes soluções podem ajudá-lo
Etapas de restauração:
1. Faça login na interface de atualização.
Depois que o produto for conectado ao carro com sucesso, leia o código QR no manual do produto com seu telefone celular ou insira 192.168.50.2 no navegador móvel para fazer login na interface de atualização do produto.
2. Faça login na interface de configuração do produto
Na parte inferior da interface de atualização, há um botão azul "Verificar atualizações" e um logotipo branco de Configurações. clique no logotipo "Configurações" para fazer login na interface de configuração do produto.
3. Inicie o procedimento de reversão
Deslizando a página para baixo na interface de configuração, encontrando a opção Rollback, clique no botão azul Reverter a versão para 2021.07.05.2308 e então a interface exibirá a mensagem "Reverter a versão para 2021.07.05.2308?" Por favor clique em "ok" para iniciar o procedimento de reversão.
4. O procedimento de reversão foi bem-sucedido.
Demora um certo tempo para reverter a versão, aguarde pacientemente. Depois que a reversão for bem-sucedida, você precisará reconectar o dongle e o carro como na primeira vez.
Redefinir etapas:
1. Você pode digitalizar o código QR no manual do produto e inserir 192.168.50.2 no navegador do seu dispositivo móvel para fazer login no back-end
2. Clique no botão Configurações na página e, em seguida, clique no botão Redefinir no canto superior esquerdo da página Configurações.

I bought a 3.0 mini product via Amazon a couple of weeks ago.
The product worked well for a week or so. However after that, it stops working again.
Several connectivity issues, no connection at all, etc.
I tried everything on your support page, but again nothing happened. Cannot reach settings page even I connect the device via WiFi.
I think the product has connection issues. Hope it is not because of HW.

(edited)Hi, i can’t reset my device. Cos, i can’t reach 192.168.50.2 web site. My phone is not connecting to my device (carlinkit cpc200-u2w-plus). I also tried it on different phones. The red light is constantly on. When I connect my phone to the device with a cable, it works with a wired connection. But the wireless connection is not working. I can sometimes see the device in the wi-fi settings from my phone. But it disappears very soon.

When I enter 192.168.50.2 into the browser on my phone a get an error message saying the site is unreachable. Very disappointed with your product so far. Please plug the dongle into the wall charger or plug it in to the car, once the red light is on, connect the dongle’s wifi with your phone , then input 192.168.50.2 in your phone browser to log in the backend.
Then you can reset the box.

I cannot connect with iPhones (7 and SE) after upgrading to the firmware ver.2022.01.24.1903.
I bought Carlinkit 3.0 through Carlinkit Direct store in AliExpress on Feb.6, 2022. Initially it works fine, but after I used for 1 month, connection with iPhones became worse. It repeated disconnect and reconnect during driving.
In order to recover the situation, I upgraded the firmware on Apr.16th.. However situation became even worse. Finally I cannot connect iPhones at all. Since I lost connection, I’m unable to do even rollback.
