Restaure a caixa para configurações de fábrica:

- Conecte seu telefone à rede WiFi da box (senha: 12345678).

- Uma vez conectado, abra o navegador do seu telefone.

- Digite “192.168.50.2” na barra de endereço.

- Vá para Configurações e selecione "Restaurar configurações de fábrica". Confirme a ação.
