Hi, i have the carlink CPC200-U2W Plus, which works well except when I make or receive a phone call. After I hang up, the car controls stop working and I need to restart the carline to make it work ok again. Any suggestions?

Hi, my Carlinkit 3.0 device does not offer the rollback. It was bought via Aliexpress official Carlinkit store. Sometimes it is impossible to connect to it, the navigation freezes the location etc. It started to act strange. Is it possible to downgrade? My current firmware is from 6 August 2022 if I remember well.

(edited)After reading your update instructions, I’m not sure I want to… I have the Carlinkit CPC200-U2W Plus. It works well, but in navigation Car Play, there is an up to 8 second delay from what my phone shows. So I turn a corner and I can count to 8 seconds sometimes before Car play map shows I turned the corner. Would a possible update resolve the issue? I don’t want to attempt an update and have to send it back at the cost of shipping. Too much hassle and I’ll just hardwire or try a different product and just return this one via Amazon. I attempted to perform the online upgrade procedure but, even if the phone wifi Is connected to dongle wifi, opening web Page 192.168.50.2 returns Always a Connection timeout errore.

Dongle Is a CP2A, connected to Android Auto on the phone.

I did this update 2 days ago and I entered my car make, model and year.
The issue is that I have an aftermarket radio/multimedia player JVC installed in the car.
It was working half the time before the update.
Now, is not working at all. It’s not connecting to the phone wirelessly or through a cable.
Any advise what to do?

(edited)Please try with another cable or plug the dongle into a home charger, if it has no light on, and you can’t search the dongle’s WiFi and Bluetooth.
Which means it is broken.

This adaptor just stopped working and appears to be bricked or dead.
I have tried several ways to revive it but no success at all.
It will not even acknowledge on bluetooth.
I performed your suggested YouTube ways and no success either.
I also checked the cable and no luck.

Do you mean that the adapter is plugged into the car but no prompt pops up? You need to turn on your phone’s WiFi and Bluetooth. After the mobile phone is successfully connected to the Bluetooth of the adapter, it will automatically jump to the interface.
