Been using this for a couple of weeks now and it works fantastically and completely seamlessly from connection (which happens nearly instantaneously as soon as the car is turned on), exactly the same as having the phone plugged in without the hassle. The CarPlay works perfectly with iPhone 12 Pro on iOS 15.1, no lag in either connection or use on any part of it.
