Can't automatically connect to carplay or Android Auto

Please check whether the Bluetooth is occupied by your original car's Bluetooth. If yes, please delete your original car's Bluetooth on your phone. Please turn on "Auto Connect" on the box's UI interface settings and turn on "Auto Connection" on the background.
